Greg Woulfe.
I didn't leave corporate life to become another HR consultant. I left after realising how far learning had drifted from the work it was meant to improve. Building with AI reminded me what curiosity and agency felt like. Consulting showed me I could contribute far beyond a role title. Future Capable brings those parts together.

The job title changed. The question didn’t: why do we do things this way, and how can it be better?
